What this is not yet

Demos are trusted in proportion to what they admit. These are stated on the surface, loudly.

Not in this build

  1. Screening is mocked: static flags rendered with an 'illustrative' marker. No licensed sanctions or ownership source is connected (S2/S3).
  2. Every opportunity-ladder entry is an unvalidated informed read; none may be used client-facing until validated by an account team.
  3. Envelopes are benchmarked estimates that trace to a register row; no correlation modelling between packages.
  4. ITB quantum is unknown until contract (end-2027); S2 renders 'obligations pending'.
  5. Coverage is one chain read through one lens; the universe is seeded from public ecosystem lists, not crawled. Placeholder universe rows hold slots a discovery run would fill.
  6. No hosting: this is a local artifact. Handling posture (classification, residency, access, logging) is not yet written.
  7. Relationship data is absent for CPSP (all firms load as no known relationship); two labelled illustrative entries exist only to demonstrate the lens.
  8. The sustainment enterprise is modelled as a placeholder organisation (W2); FMF capacity is benchmarked, not published (W1); Halifax Shipyard capacity conflict is a note, not a model (W7).

Not in the first build (platform)

  • Live sanctions and ownership screening — mocked, labelled (S2)
  • Full ITB obligation modelling — obligations do not exist until contract close
  • Real-time media risk sensing — out of the buyer’s own v1 scope
  • Bid and benefits verification — later phase
  • Any client-facing use of unvalidated candidates
  • Classified or controlled programme data of any kind

Success questions

  1. Which view drives the engagement conversation — the answer screen (value capture) or the map and drill-down?
  2. Would you put this in front of the province, or a client, as-is? If not, what is the one thing that stops you?
  3. What is the second instance that makes this a platform — a west-coast CPSP lens, or a different programme?
